Credit Card Fraud Suspect Seen with Small Dog

On June 3, 2025, a resident reported that their credit card was fraudulently used at multiple businesses to purchase over $1,000 worth of merchandise. Surveillance images captured a heavy-set white or Hispanic female in her 30s with long dark hair and blond streaks on the sides. She was seen carrying a small Shih Tzu-type dog while making the purchases. Smash-and-Grab Causes Major Damage


On June 7, 2025, at approximately 3:11 a.m., officers responded to a smash-and-grab burglary in progress at Majestic Liquor. A heavily damaged white sedan and a gray SUV were observed at the scene, with the SUV leaving westbound on West 58th Avenue. It was later discovered that both vehicles were reported stolen and were also involved in a similar incident in Lakewood shortly before the Arvada break-in. The white sedan was processed for evidence and impounded. Approximately $20,000 in damage was caused to the store. This case remains under investigation. (AR25009558)


Liquor Store Robbery Suspect Arrested, Second Still Outstanding


On June 8, 2025, at about 6:45 p.m., officers were dispatched to a liquor store for a reported robbery. Two male suspects entered the store and began removing bottles of liquor. One suspect verbally threatened an employee, claiming he was armed with a firearm, though no weapon was seen. Store staff were able to detain one suspect, while the second suspect fled the scene on foot. Despite a thorough search of the area, the second suspect was not located. The captured suspected was booked into Jefferson County Jail on robbery charges. (AR25009644)
