The Arvada Elks are hosting a forum at 7 p.m. on Sept. 9 for city council candidates in the upcoming municipal election to discuss various issues facing Arvada. The forum will be held at the Elks Lodge in Olde Town Arvada, located at 5700 Yukon Street.

The Arvada Elks are hosting a forum at 7 p.m. on Sept. 9 for city council candidates in the upcoming municipal election to discuss various issues facing Arvada. The forum will be held at the Elks Lodge in Olde Town Arvada, located at 5700 Yukon Street.
Moderating the debate will be La Dolce Vita Coffee Shop Owner and Elks Member Debbie Hansen, along with a member of the Arvada Press staff. The Elks and the Arvada Press have previously collaborated on the 2023 Arvada Mayoral Debate between John Marriott and Lauren Simpson.
Admission to the event is free to the public. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., while the program will begin at 7 p.m.
