Getting to know your neighbors and local services can make a big difference in how connected and prepared a community feels. Adams County is making that a little easier with a special event in Arvada that invites residents to walk, explore, and learn alongside their local firefighters. It's a great opportunity for families, neighbors, and anyone looking to spend an evening outdoors while discovering more about the resources available in their community.

The free event is hosted by Adams County's Office of Strategic Partnerships & Resilient Communities (SPARC) in partnership with Adams County Fire Rescue.

Attendees can walk alongside members of Adams County Fire Rescue, tour a fire engine, visit the Anythink Libraries Bookmobile, and learn more about the programs and services available through the fire department.

The event will take place on Tuesday, July 14, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Clear Creek Valley Park, 3700 W. 58th Place in Arvada. Admission is free, and all ages are welcome.

According to organizers, the event is part of the county's Resilient Neighborhoods Program, which aims to strengthen neighborhood connections and build more resilient communities.
